  • I'm looking for a store that's no longer listed on Savvy&Smart. Where did it go?

  • We are always negotiating with stores to offer better ways for you to earn SmartDollars. Occasionally merchants decide not to participate in our program and no longer offer SmartDollars. On the chance that happens, we work to quickly replace the merchant with another reputable choice.

  • How can I make sure I'm shopping through Savvy&Smart?

  • When you click on a store from Savvy&Smart, you'll see a SmartWindow that tells you the store you're headed to and how many SmartDollars you'll receive from any purchase made at that store.

  • Can I use special offers and coupons to make purchases and still earn SmartDollars?

  • We can only guarantee that you'll earn SmartDollars for codes and coupons available on www.savvyandsmart.com.

  • How do I return or cancel an order?

  • Returns and cancellations are subject to the terms of the store. If you choose to return or cancel an order, all SmartDollars earned will be removed from your account balance.

  • Do I lose my SmartDollars if I return or exchange a purchase?

  • If you want to exchange an item, the SmartDollars earned from that item will be cancel.

  • Do purchases for gift certificates or gift cards qualify for rewards?

  • Sorry. You can't earn SmartDollars on any portion of a purchase made using gift cards or certificates.

  • I see pending SmartDollars on my account statement. Why do I have them?

  • When you make a purchase using Savvy&Smart, the SmartDollars you earn must vest in your account for 30 days to allow for cancellations or returns. On the 31st day, your SmartDollars are automatically converted to available rewards that can be redeemed.

  • Do purchases made with gift cards or gift certificates qualify for SavvyDollars?

  • Sorry, you can only earn SmartDollars for the portion of a purchase that is not made with gift cards or certificates.

  • How long does it take for a transaction to post to my account?

  • Depending on the store, it can take from 2 to 45 days after your goods have shipped for the store to notify us of your purchase. Bonus SmartDollars for reading emails and completing surveys can take up to 48 hours to appear in your account balance.

  • What are the requirements to submit a redemption request?

  • There are two requirements that you'll need to achieve in order to submit a redemption request. First, you must have an available balance of at least 25.00 SmartDollars. Second, at least 80% of your SmartDollars must come from purchases made through Savvy&Smart. For example, if you want to request a $50.00 deposit to your account, you will need at least 40.00 available SmartDollars.

  • How do I redeem my SmartDollars?

  • It's quite simple to redeem your SmartDollars. Once you have more than 25.00 SmartDollars, click the Redeem tab and follow these steps:
    1. Enter the amount you want to deposit into your savings account and click Continue.
    2. Supply the answer to your Security Question and click Continue. If it's your first redemption request, you'll have the opportunity to select a Security Question and supply the answer.
    3. The first section gives you the chance to update your personal information. Secondly, you can update or add bank accounts where your direct deposit is sent. Third, you will read the terms of use and check the box if you agree with them. Then click the submit button and your request will be processed.

  • Why is my redemption request pending?

  • When you submit a redemption request, we submit the deposit to your bank electronically. While the bank is processing the deposit, the request will appear as pending on your account. It takes 3-5 days for the request to process and funds deposited to your bank account. If your rewards do not appear after 30 days, please contact Member Services.

  • How often can I submit redemption requests?

  • As long as you have at least 25.00 available SmartDollars, you can submit redemption requests.

  • What can you get with your SmartDollars?

  • Our motto is SHOP AND SAVE YOUR WAY, which means that you earn cash money that can be used for anything that's important to you. You can deposit your rewards into any bank account you choose including savings accounts, money market accounts, 401(k)s, brokerage accounts, anywhere that accepts direct deposits.

  • Do I earn SmartDollars for referring a friend?

  • You will not earn SmartDollars for referring a friend; but we'll give you a percentage back on your friends' purchases.

  • Can I earn SmartDollars for purchases that my referrals make with Savvy&Smart?

  • Yes, invite your friends to join Savvy&Smart and you can earn SmartDollars each time your referrals make a purchase from one of our merchants. And if your friends invite other friends, you can earn SmartDollars on the purchases they make, too. So for example, if your friend spends $500 on Savvy&Smart, we'll deposit 5.00 SmartDollars into your account. And if your friend's friend spends another $500, then we'll deposit another 1.25 SmartDollars. And if your friend's,friend,friend spends another $500, we'll deposit another 1.25 SmartDollars that you can convert into cash and deposit in the bank account of your choice.

  • You can review and update your profile when you click the My Account link at the top of the page and selecting My Profile from the left. Complete the fields and click Save to update the information.

  • I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?

  • How do I view my SmartDollars account balance?

  • Your current SmartDollars balance will appear at the top of the page when you are logged into Savvy&Smart. To see a detailed view of your account, click on the My Account link at the top of the page and select My Statement on the link.

  • I didn't receive my activation email. What do I do?

  • How can I stop receiving emails from Savvy&Smart?

  • At Savvy&Smart we want to keep you informed of the great deals and special offers from our merchants. If you wish to stop receiving emails from us please Click Here to update your email preferences. As long as you're a member of Savvy&Smart, you will receive periodic statements reviewing your current balance. If you want to discontinue receiving these emails, you will have to cancel your account.

  • How do I set my savings goal?

  • From the My Account page, click the Set Savings Meter link on the left. Enter your savings goal and your reason for saving and click the Save button to make the updates.

  • How does the SmartDollars Savings Meter work?

  • As a Savvy&Smart member, you can set a savings goal for whatever is most important to you, a new home, college funds for your kids, or even more shopping! With each purchase you'll see your SmartDollars balance grow on the SavvyMeter as motivation to help you track and achieve your goal. To reset your savings meter, you must reset your savings goal.

  • How can I customize my Savvy&Smart homepage?

  • We want you to feel like Savvy&Smart is your home on the web, so we want you to customize the content that appears on your homepage. From the top of any of the pages, click on the Customize Homepage link. Select the content you'd like to feature on your home page and click the Save button.

  • How do I cancel my account?

  • We'd hate for you to miss out on the chance to earn free money as a member of Savvy&Smart. But, if you find it necessary to cancel your account,please contact Member Services.

  • How often will you communicate with my referrals?

  • We will send your referrals an email inviting them to join Savvy&Smart. After that message we will not contact the referral again unless they join the program. We do not store referral email addresses or contact information for any purpose.

  • How will direct deposits appear on my bank statement?

  • A deposit from Lealta Media will appear on your bank statement when your reward is credited to your account.

  • What should I do if I see a problem with my statement?

  • Contact our please contact Member Services. team if you have questions about your Savvy&Smart account.

  • Do I have to enter my bank information each time I want to redeem my SmartDollars?

  • No. The first time you submit a redemption request, we securely store your banking information with your account. To make sure that your account is secured, we will ask you to answer your secret question to process additional redemption requests.

    You can also enter bank account information by clicking the My Account link at the top of the page and choose Update Bank Acct on the left. Complete the form and click Save to update the information.

  • Is my bank information secure?

  • Absolutely. We encrypt all information submitted using industry-standard secure socket layer (SSL) technology and firewalls to prevent anyone from accessing your personal information.

  • What is direct deposit?

  • Direct deposit is a convenient way to electronically deposit funds into your bank account using an automated financial system called the Automated Clearing House. With direct deposit, payments are available the same day they're deposited into your account.

  • How is "Total Rewards Saved" different from your "SmartDollars balance"?

  • Here's a quick example. Suppose that when you joined Savvy&Smart, you set a savings goal of $1,000 for a down payment on your next car. Each time you make a purchase SmartDollars are deposited into your account so both your SmartDollars balance and your Total Rewards Saved increases. Let's say that so far you've earned 100 SmartDollars in the program. If you decide to transfer $75 from Savvy&Smart into your bank account, your SmartDollars balance would be $25 while the Total Rewards Saved towards your $1,000 goal is still $100.
