Lealta Media, Inc., which operates under the registered trademark “Savvy&Smart™”, is committed to protecting your privacy and to developing technology that gives you a powerful personalized online experience. You can travel through most of our site (“Savvy&Smart™ Website”) without giving us any personal information about yourself. Sometimes, however, we do need information to provide services that you request, and this statement of privacy explains data collection and use in those situations.

International Users

Information Collection & Use
When you visit Savvy&Smart™ or click on one of our links, we may automatically record your IP address, operating system, email address and browser version. We use this information to generate usage statistics and to help ensure that our site and emails are accessible to the widest possible audience.
We collect information from our users at several different points on our website. The information we collect will be used to occasionally show you special offers and advertisements that are selected to match your interests and to bring you useful software applications and services that we think might make your internet experience more enjoyable. We determine your interests with surveys and registration questions and by collecting information about where you surf and how you search on the web. Registration
In order to use all the features of this website, you must first complete a registration form and create a username and password. During registration an user is required to give their basic contact information in order to maintain your account. The minimum level of information necessary to participate as a Savvy&Smart™ member is your legal name and zip code. Your email address is also required should you wish to enroll or access your account via the internet. In addition, we may also collect other information, including your birthday, address, and gender. You may also submit additional information during the registration process that will help provide us with demographic or personal interest information about yourself. We may use this information to auto-fill registration forms with our various partners. Before using the information you submit in this way, however, we will always confirm that you wish to use this option.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Savvy&Smart™ uses a cookie on its website during registration and at other times, including surveys. Usage of a cookie is linked to personal information and activities while on the Savvy&Smart™ Website. For instance, by setting a cookie, the user would not have to enter their name and email more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users, to display the most appropriate advertisements, and to enhance the experience on our site. However, you will not experience a personalized visit nor will you be able to access some of the service offerings on the site. Please be aware that some of our business partners (e.g. advertisers) may use cookies for the purpose of tracking advertising on our site. We have no access to or control over these cookies.

Web Beacons
Web beacons are electronic images (also called a "single-pixel GIF"). This technology tells us how many visitors clicked on key elements of our website. We may use this technology to access your personally identifiable information; it is also a tool we use to compile aggregated statistics about Savvy&Smart™ website usage. We may include web beacons on popup windows, in search functionality, on browser pages, web pages, or in email messages in order to count how many recipients have viewed these messages.
Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. The merchant and Savvy&Smart™ will utilize this information in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

When we provide you with links in our emails, they may include a special tracking code, unique to you, which allows us to determine which content and advertisements are most popular. We may share this data in aggregate form or in individual form with affiliates, partners, or other third parties.
Companies placing advertising on Savvy&Smart™ site or to whom you can link from Savvy&Smart™ site or participating Savvy&Smart™ merchants may collect information about you when you view their advertising or access their site or identify yourself to them as our member. Savvy&Smart™ does not control this collection or utilize this information unless expressly stated within such merchants’ sites.
We partner with other parties to provide email notification services. When users register at our site, we share name, email and other contact information that is necessary for the third parties to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.
Except as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy, we will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Savvy&Smart™; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Savvy&Smart™; (c) investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud or violations of Savvy&Smart™ terms of service or terms of use; and (d) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Savvy&Smart™ sites, or the public.
Content and Use of Community
Savvy&Smart™ uses Social Engine to provide a social network experience on the Savvy&Smart™ Website. When you post content (including, without limitation, in or on bulletin boards, chat rooms, community pages, forums, post videos, notes or send messages) in any savings group within the Savvy&Smart™ community that enables direct sharing of information with other users and visitors, other users and visitors will have access to any personal information in such posted content. Savvy&Smart™ and Social Engine may monitor content that you have uploaded to a savings group as well as the top users for a group. Such information, displayed with your Social Engine ID and photo, if you uploaded one, is available to users and visitors of the Social Engine’s proprietary platform. In addition, the Social Engine platform enables other users to invite you to use social networks on Social Engine. Any sharing of information in other social networks is subject to Social Engine’s own privacy policy.
If you register as a member of the Savvy&Smart™ Websites and make postings to chat rooms, forums, notes, blogs or your user page, please remember that anything you post is also publicly available. The user name you have chosen during the registration process is visible to all users of the Savvy&Smart™ Website. If you visit another member’s user page, your user name will appear on that page. Your user page will also show certain statistics regarding your use of the Savvy&Smart™ Website, such as where are you from, gender, and the materials you have posted. Your user profile, and the information you choose to include in your profile, will also be available to other users of our chat rooms, forums and to visitors that access your personal user page.
Because you may voluntarily disclose any personal information in these public areas, you should be careful about the information you choose to disclose. Savvy&Smart™ does not control that disclosure, and is not liable in any way for anyone's use or misuse of the information in the disclosure. Please note that as per the Terms of Use Savvy&Smart™ reserves the right to take down any content that may be harmful, inaccurate, deceptive, offensive, threatening, defamatory, unlawful or otherwise objectionable.
Third Party Advertisers
The ads appearing on the Savvy&Smart™ Website are delivered to users by our advertising partner. We share Web site usage information about users with a reputable third party, Ad.com, for the purpose of targeting our Internet banner advertisements on the Savvy&Smart™ Website.
Ad.com uses cookies and clear GIFs on the Savvy&Smart™ Website, which allow it to recognize a user's cookie when a user visits this site. The information that Ad.com collects and shares through this technology is not personally identifiable.
Optional Surveys & Contests
From time-to-time Savvy&Smart™ may request information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level and other information). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site and continuing to provide relevant offers to our users via electronic mail.
We may use a third party service provider to conduct these surveys or contests; that company will be prohibited from using our users’ personally identifiable information for any other purpose. We will not share the personally identifiable information you provide through a contest or survey with other third parties unless we give you prior notice and choice.
Refer-A-Friend
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Savvy&Smart™ Website. Savvy&Smart™ stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and to track the success of our referral program.
Your friend may contact us at service@savvyandsmart.com to request that we remove their name and email address from our database.
Rewards Programs
But, obviously, we may provide information about you back to the program sponsor for the purpose of paying you or awarding you currency. If you participate in any of our own reward or incentive programs, we track your activity using your email address and share your email address with the reward sponsor and any third parties involved with fulfillment of the reward. We may also provide additional personally identifiable information about you as we deem necessary for fulfilling a reward.
We will maintain records to keep track of the rewards you earn from your purchases with our affiliate partners. We will enable you to use the Savvy&Smart™ Website to view your rewards account balances and recent account activity as well as update your account profile.
When you redeem your rewards for US cash, we are required to obtain certain personal information before transferring your rewards directly to your savings account. We and our banking partners will share certain personal information (such as your savings account number and bank name), for purposes of fulfilling your reward. Additionally, we may use the name of your banking institution to contact you about relevant savings or promotional opportunities, unless you opt out of receiving such messages.
Reward or incentive programs may have additional terms that apply to participation in such programs. We encourage you to become familiar with such program terms prior to participating.
Contact Pages
We use our “Contact” pages to collect information about you. In the case of customer support questions, we use the information to help diagnose and address consumer questions. Although we collect this information, we may combine this with any information we have about your preferences or interests to provide you a better user experience.

We send all new members a welcome email and occasionally send information on products, services, and special deals from our business partners and third party advertisers. We may also send you a monthly email with your current rewards totals along with promotional announcements from our participating merchants, as well as announcements regarding new merchant partners.
SavvyandSmart.com is a free service, in order to maintain an account in good standing we require you to receive transactional emails with financial information about your SavvyandSmart.com account. You can opt-out of the promotional emails, newsletters and third party-offers by visiting our preferences page.
Updating Personal Information
If a member's personally identifiable information changes (such as address or email), members may log on to the account management function utilizing personal username and password information and make the appropriate changes. We request that you update your account when any of your contact information changes.
If a user no longer desires our service, we ask them to opt-out of our mailings and to cancel their accounts by contacting service@savyyandsmart.com. Should you cancel your membership, all accumulated rewards that are not redeemed are forfeited and become the property of Savvy&Smart™. See the terms and conditions applicable to the particular rewards program for more information regarding termination of your membership.
Choice/Opt-out
If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each newsletter or communication or by emailing us at service@savvyandsmart.com,We offer an opportunity to opt-out of certain communications on our email preferences pages, or you may mail the opt-out request to us at: 255 California Street, 9th Floor.
Protection of Children's Personal Information
Savvy&Smart™ does not publish content that is targeted to children. We do not specifically collect information about children and believe that children should get their parents' consent before giving out any personal information. Furthermore, we do not knowingly accept registrations from persons under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years of age, do not register or submit personal information to Savvy&Smart™.
Notification of Changes to our Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement
If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on this privacy page so our users are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it. If so, we will provide you with notice either by displaying an online pop-up communication or sending an email message.
